Frequently asked questions for the cabins at Carolina Village

Where are the cabins located?
Head south on Hwy 441 , also known as Georgia Road past the light at Addington Bridge. Once you pass the Smoky Mountain Visitor Center, be prepared to turn left at the crest of the next hill. Once you turn left you will need to make an immediate right onto the black topped road. Follow this road to the cabins.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, the deposit is the same as the rent amount.

What is included in the rent?
Electric, water, cable and propane (where applicable) are included.

Am I allowed to have pets?
We occasionally allow small pets, depending on type and breed. If a pet is allowed, a non-refundable pet deposit is required.

Why are the cabins so close together?
The cabins were placed on sites that were originally intended for RV usage.

Who is allowed to stay in the cabins/campsites?
Those who have been approved through our application and screening process are allowed to stay in Carolina Village. We do have vehicle requirements for those wishing to stay in an RV so please call to get more information.

I see that there is a bathhouse, can anyone use that?
The washer and dryer are for the convenience of those cabins/RV’s that do not have their own laundry facilities. We request that each person who uses the laundry area clean up after themselves. If an RV guest uses the washroom then they must also clean up after themselves.

Is there access to the Little Tennessee River?
The banks in this location are quite steep so we do not recommend anyone trying to access the river.

Can I receive my mail there?
There are currently no mailboxes for this location so you would need to open a mailbox at the post office or we recommend the Mail Stop Shipping Center.

Do you accept HUD?
Yes, please call for more information.
