- Upon approval of the application by the owner, tenants must register for a TenantCloud account, review and sign a lease agreement, as well as provide a security deposit.
- At the end of the lease period when the tenant has vacated the property, the owner has 30 days to inspect the property. The property must be left in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the lease period, and must be left clean and with no damage.
- Fees for damage, repairs, and/or extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. This includes but is not limited to: structural damage, damage to furnishings, smoke damage, failure to clean the property (including appliances and any linens provided) properly upon departure, and tampering with wireless network settings or equipment without permission from the owner.
- If the property is found to be in good condition, the security deposit will be mailed to the forwarding address on file. It is the tenant’s responsibility to provide this address to management prior to the ending of the lease period.
